Russell K. Walker is a 2003 graduate of Mercer Law School.  He was in private practice for a few years before working as a prosecutor for the Houston County District Attorney’s Office.

In 2008, Russell opened his own practice, where he has since specialized exclusively in criminal defense and criminal appeals, with an emphasis on trial work.  He has successfully tried many felony and misdemeanor criminal cases. 

Russell is a member of the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Through years of hard work, Russell has cemented himself as on of Georgia’s preeminent criminal defense attorneys.

Brian E. Brupbacher

Brian E. Brupbacher is a 2012 graduate of Mercer Law School and was a published member of the prestigious Mercer Law Review.  Brian has served as second chair for Russell Walker in multiple successful felony trials resulting in acquittals.  In 2017, Brian successfully argued a criminal appeal, Jackson v. State, 301 Ga. 137 (2017), to the Supreme Court of Georgia, overturning a felony conviction and making new law.  In addition, Brian has successfully handled numerous civil matters in a variety of areas.  Brian has years of experience in both criminal defense and civil litigation.
